Who can benefit from your services?

Our supportive services are great for the aging population, adults with disabilities, and those with injury/illness.

How do I get started with your homecare services?

You can start by contacting us here to schedule a complimentary in person meet and greet. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your needs, create a personalized plan of care, and answer any questions you may have.

Are your caregivers certified and experienced?

Our caregivers are trained professionals, but they are not all required to be certified. All our caregivers undergo thorough background checks, extensive training, and continuous education to ensure they meet our high standards of care.

For specialized services, such as dementia care or personal care assistance, we ensure that caregivers receive appropriate training and have the needed qualifications. If you require a caregiver with specific certifications, we are happy to discuss your needs and match you with the best fit.

Your loved one's safety and comfort are our top priorities!

How are caregivers matched with clients?

We match caregivers with clients based on the client’s needs, preferences, and personality. We take the time to understand your loved one’s unique situation to ensure a positive, compatible match with the caregiver.

Can I meet the caregiver before they start?

Yes, we encourage families to meet with the assigned caregiver before services begin to ensure a comfortable and trusting relationship from the start.

What happens if the assigned caregiver is not a good fit?

We prioritize client satisfaction and will gladly work with you to find a caregiver who is a better match if you’re not satisfied with the initial pairing.

Will I have the same caregiver each visit?

We strive to provide consistency in caregiving because we understand how important it is for clients to build trust and feel comfortable with their caregiver. Whenever possible, we assign a primary caregiver to each client to ensure familiarity and continuity of care. However, there may be times when a different caregiver is needed due to scheduling or unforeseen circumstances. This is why we like to proactively set clients up with secondary caregiver options.

What are your service hours? Do you offer 24/7 care?

We offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs, including part-time, full-time, and 24/7 care options. Our services are available around the clock to ensure you or your loved one receives the necessary support.

Which areas do you serve?

We provide services throughout Dane County. Please contact us to confirm if we serve your location.

How much does homecare cost?

Our rates depend on a few factors: type of care needed, frequency of care, location, and hours per visit. We provide a personalized quote after an initial assessment of your loved one’s needs.

Do you accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid?

We strive to provide high-quality home care services with flexible payment options. However, we do not accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid at this time.

Our services are private pay, meaning clients or their families are responsible for covering the costs of care directly.

If you have a long-term care insurance policy, we can provide documentation to assist with reimbursement. We also recommend checking with local programs or financial assistance resources that may be available to help with home care costs.
